Free trial

You can try NowMetrix without adding a credit card. During the trial, use the dashboard with your real traffic and decide whether it fits your workflow.

When your trial is close to ending, NowMetrix shows an in-app banner and sends an email with subscription information. This usually happens after approximately 30-35 days of usage.

To activate your subscription, click the billing banner at the top of the dashboard and follow the instructions.

Plans and subscription access

Pricing is based on the number of pageviews your tracked websites receive. All plans include the same core NowMetrix features; the relevant plan depends on your recent usage.

You can find billing and usage details in the dashboard under Settings -> Billing & Usage.

Only team administrators can manage billing and payments. If you are a team member, contact the administrator of your dashboard.

Payment methods

NowMetrix paid plans support common online payment methods through Paddle, including major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available currencies depend on your location.

For larger invoices above 500 USD, bank transfer may be available. Bank transfer payments can include an additional 10% banking and service fee.

For PayPal subscriptions, make sure your PayPal account has a valid credit or debit card attached. PayPal balance alone cannot be used for recurring subscription payments.

Invoices, billing address, and VAT

Invoices

Paddle automatically sends an invoice by email for each payment. You can download the invoice from the link in that email, and invoices are also available from your account settings.

Invoice email address

If invoices should be sent to a different email address, contact support with your current Paddle email address and the new invoice email address.

Billing address

You can update your billing address from the invoice by choosing Edit business address or Add address.

Changing the country of an active subscription is usually not possible because of legal and tax rules. If the subscription needs to move to a company in another country, wait until the current subscription expires, then subscribe again with the correct address. Your NowMetrix data is not deleted by this billing-address change.

VAT and tax details

Paddle handles VAT and sales tax. During checkout, enter your company address and VAT ID if applicable. If you forgot to add business details during checkout, open the Paddle invoice and use the address or VAT update link inside the invoice.

Usage limits and traffic spikes

NowMetrix does not charge unexpected overage fees for occasional traffic spikes. Tracking and statistics continue to work when a website briefly exceeds its monthly pageview limit.

If traffic is consistently above the current plan for two consecutive months, NowMetrix sends an email and shows an in-app alert so you can upgrade to a suitable plan.
